Uchiwa VIntage Small Paddle Paper Fan Court Lady or Geisha Holding Stack of Washi Paper Bamboo Handle Japan
Uchiwa paddle fans are used mostly in the home or office, and sometimes tucked in the front of a kimono.  Made in Japan, this fan measures 10 1/4" length x 6 7/16" wide, is made with paper and bamboo handle.  A beautiful court lady or geisha is holding a stack of washi paper, getting ready for calligraphy drawing.  Sticker on the back has logo and "Japan".  This is a retail backstock and has never been used.
