Vintage Uranium green depression glass etched trinket candy dish heart handle

Description

This piece measures approximately 8 1/2 inches wide and approximately high. I don’t feel or see any cracks or chips. There is some type of residue in the circle in the middle. I did notice it glows very bright were this is at when I used the black light. There are a few tiny bubbles throughout the piece.
